Grounded

Yellowstonedandelions

In a meadow of waving wild-sown grain
Grown to the height of a knee:

Fescue and buffalo grass feed the herds,
In this place where the elk roam free;

Here on this immense magnificent land
Sulfured gases billow skywards from thermal pools;

In the vastness of the land it’s possible to lose one’s self
Connect with Mother Earth, grant the spirit time to refuel.
